Mechanech killed in accident before his daughter's wedding

Mechanech, the late Rabbi Menachem Chagira
Baruch Dayan Ha'emes: on Shabbos, the mechanech Rabbi Menachem Chagira z"l, from the neighborhood of Kiryat Herzog in Bnei Brak, passed away at the age of 58.
Two weeks ago on Friday, erev Shabbos Chaye Sarah, he the late Rabbi Menachem Chagira left his home in Bnei Brak to the Cave of Machpelah, where he planned to stay during Shabbos. However an accident derailed his plans.
When he passed at Tarqumya intersection on Route 6, on his way to the Cave of the Patriarchs, he apparently suffered a heart attack and was injured in a car accident. He was taken to Beilinson Hospital, where he was in intensive care.
For two weeks, ICU doctors at Beilinson Hospital fought for his life, with family and close acquaintances praying for his recovery.
The deceased z"l was a Yemenite born in Israel on 26th Av 5715 to his father Rabbi Said and his mother Mrs. Miriam.
He served as an educator at the Yesodi Hatorah Talmud Torah at Rosh Ha'ayin and Talmud Torah 'Torah Temimah' in Bnei Brak. Over the years he educated generations of students whom he raised to Torah and pure yiras shomayim.
His daughter's wedding was supposed to be on Monday and was delayed due to his death.
The funeral will leave his home on Motzaei Shabbos from Shalosh Hasha'ot Street in Bnei Brak.
May his soul be bound in the bond of life.
