Kollel prosecution: "to restore עץ scholars to study"

Lithuanian public rift storm : While many kollelim continue to inform עץ voters that they must leave the kollel, and others advanced imprinting on Document Submission of Gedolei Hador, עץ are turning to the court, with the lawsuit which aims to force the leaders to return yeshiva students students to the kollel who were requested not to come to the kollel.

Lawsuit filed by עץ to Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Judge Salim Jubran, they claim that the action was illegal, contrary to the rules of democracy. Judge granted respondents ten days to respond to the lawsuit, and also requested that the Attorney General will deliver his position until the date in question.
