Hgray"l decided: to renew the struggle against 'Women of the Wall'

As every new month, since Sivan last year, tomorrow Monday) there will be a protest against the Women of the Wall following reforms to change the order of the Western Wall plaza.

Thousands of seminary girls will pray and cry at the Western Wall, following Rabbi Aharon Leib Steinman's orders to hold a protest. Jerusalem Council members work together with the organizers to hold a peaceful and regulated protest.

This time, the Bnei Akiva Ulpan students will join the monthly protest against the Women of the Wall at the prayer plaza. Rabbi Benny Nechteiler, CEO of Yeshivot Bnei Akiva recently passed a message to managers of 20 ulpanot under his management, encouraging them to join the struggle.

Accession of Bnei Akiva girls is a rare collaboration between sectors, during the days of tension between haredi and national religious public.

Women of the Wall named Provocation Women, mark 25 years of activity, and will hold a solemn prayer of the month; they expect hundreds of women joining their prayers. Recently there has been a dramatic shift in their struggle, when the organization first agreed to compromise that their members pray "as we do", with shawls and tefillin and Torah, only at the central prayer plaza. Now the organization agrees in principle to move to the compound of Robinson's Arch, which is supposed to stand up under a program of the Jewish Agency Chairman Natan Sharansky, provided that the government will get a number of conditions relating to infrastructure and site management.
