Zygier worked for a straw company of the European institution

According to a report published this evening (Wednesday), in the British 'Guardian', Ben Zygier worked with a straw company of the Israeli Mossad.

The reporter investigating the story of Ben Zygier - Alon, Jason Kotsokis, tried to interview Zygier in January 2010, following the assassination of Mahmoud al Mabhouh in Dubai. Authorities there found that some of the suspects in the assassination used Australian passports.

Therefore, Kotsokis conducted research on the use of foreign passports - by Australian citizens who immigrated to Israel, changed their names and replaced passports.

The journalist examined the suspicion of the Australian intelligence service that they went with these passports to Iran, Syria and Lebanon.
The investigation shows that all three directed a straw company established by the institution in Europe and engaged in selling electronic equipment in Iran and the Arab countries.

"The story was that the Mossad recruited Australian to spy for them through a straw company in Europe. It seems too good to be true. But I learned that the company exists and Zygier and another one of the three worked for her. I could not verify the third name. I was told that the Australian authorities closed in on Zygier and may even be arrested."
Zygier aroused the suspicion of the authorities when he changed his name four times.

Kotsokis turned to Zygier and listed him what he knew about his activities: "He was at first incredulous. But he didn’t hang up; he sounded shocked, but listened to what I had to say."

Kotsokis also spoke with who was presented as the CEO of the straw company, "He struck me as odd," he said.
He also spoke to Israeli sources and Kotsokis was surprised when one of the sources confirmed this.

Fairfax news agency published the story of three Australian citizens who allegedly spied for Israel, but refrained from publishing the details about the straw company.
