Bennett apologized to Sarah - and won a meeting with Netanyahu

Development in the coalition talks to establish a new government.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet tomorrow (Monday) with the chairman of Habayit Hayehudi Party, Naftali Bennett, after five years of separation between the two.

This morning Bennett publicly apologized to the first lady, and said on broadcast on Army Radio: "Sarah Netanyahu is a good woman. I'm sorry about the joke about the terrorism course that we seemingly had together."

Bennett added: "The attack on Sarah Netanyahu was out of place. She is a good woman who loves her husband, and he has the full right to consult with her, as I consult with my wife."

Hours after the public apology, Bennett won an invitation to meet tomorrow with Netanyahu.

In fact, official notice of a meeting between the two, had already left the Likud factors last week, but the actual date was not determined until the apology this morning.

In an interview with Bennett he added: "against the background of the coalition negotiations, there is an historic opportunity to bring about real change in the country in various fields."
