A group of 70 girls aged 16 from the seminary Maalot Sarah in Modi'in Illit, left this morning (Sunday) for a walk along Nachal Aug in the Judean Desert. The track is about four hours long. But with the end of the track - it turned out that there are five girls missing.

Consequently, the seminary management turned to Megilot rescue unit, who began searching for the missing girls. One group of volunteers went from one side of the track, and police forces entered the other side, in order to meet in the middle, and hopefully locate the girls.

Chaim Weingarten, head of operations at ZAKA, told B'Chadrei Charedim that there is a risk of frost, but beyond that, it is a hazardous areas where Arabs live. He says he hopes that the girls will be found at the Nachal channel.

During the conversation with Chaim, he updates that three of the five girls were found, and scanning continues for the other girls.

Gura Berger, a spokeswoman for the Megilot rescue unit, delivered to B'Chadrei Charedim that in the searches for the girls more than 10 volunteers participated.

A short time later two other girls were found, healthy and well- but exhausted.
