Hgrb"m Ezrachi woke up and asked: "What's with the recruiting decree"?

Good news for thousands of students and graduates of Yeshiva Ateret Yisrael, who followed with concern the situation of the revered Rosh Yeshiva: Major improvement over Shabbos in the health of Rabbi Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi, Rosh Yeshiva Ateret Yisrael, and a member of Council of Torah Sages of Degel HaTorah, hospitalized over the weekend in serious condition.

Shabbos morning, at around 11:00, and after anesthesia and ventilator removal - Hgrb"m woke up and began talking with associates and family members who sat next to his bed and later sat on a nearby chair.

Associates, who were near his bed, were impressed that the first thing he asked them after waking up: "What about the danger of recruitment and yeshiva students, is there any progress?" One student replied that the Moetzet convened on Thursday, and there is still no progress.

After telling him that there are students who came to be near his bedside in the hospital, he asked, "Why are they not in the yeshiva?" Students responded that they considered "this Shabbos, as the yeshiva."

Later Hgrb"m told that remembers what happened and the evacuation to the hospital, until he was taken into the ambulance.

Yaakov Grossbard, a household member told B'Chadrei Charedim: "Baruch Hashem the Rosh Yeshiva is recovering and chatting with family and students, and I thank everyone for the prayers for him, we hope he will be released home already this week."


The public is called to continue praying for Rabbi Baruch Mordechai Ben Hinda Malka for a full recovery.
