A strange rescue situation took place this morning (Sunday) to the fire team in Jerusalem.
The firefighters were called to Eliav Street in Romema in the city, where a one year old baby of a charedi family locked himself in a room, the team removed the door hinges and pulled the baby out safely.
At an investigation at the scene, it turned out that the baby had crawled into one of the rooms and opened a drawer that was close to the door of the room, the drawer blocked the door and prevented the removal of the baby from the room, family members were afraid to break the door open – in order not to harm the baby inside the room.
As mentioned, the fire crew arrived on the scene - broke the door hinges and took it apart. The baby is doing well.
