There is a judge • the murderer of the ger tzeddek sent to 35 years in prison

Chief Prosecutor of Brooklyn in New York announced today (Tuesday) that the murderer of the late Yosef Robinson, will be sent to 35 years in prison.

The announcement followed the rejection of the appeal to the Supreme Court, for his conviction for murder, violence and robbery.

Over two years ago, the murderer, Ayn Klaas entered a liquor store in Flatbush in Brooklyn and tried to rob the seller. The ger tzedeek, Yosef Robinson a friend of the store owner, was at that time in the shop, intervened - and was shot to death.

Immediately after the initial report NYPD detectives came to the scene of the murder, checked the security cameras located in the store, but the recording did not work in those minutes.

Police launched a hunt for the murderer, and one week later, after they received information on the identity of the murderer, he was arrested.

During the time of the murder, the man was on parole after being sentenced for assault and other violence. In one of the cases of violence he was involved, he caused hospitalization of the one he attacked in the hospital with a severe concussion.

Authorities locked him up immediately and the court worsened his sentence.

Friends of the victim Yosef Robinson said that he was "a true get tzeddek, with all the enormous difficulties he faced, he stuck to his Jewishness seriously, with setting aside times to learn Torah. He used to say: Torah itself is impeccable."
