Despite the bitter feeling among the hareidi sector in light of the disqualification of the central hareidi association's proposals, it still turns out the last word has not been said, and the city of Harish still will probably remain orthodox.

Except for one area in which a secular group won, there remain 28 other compounds which hareidi and religious groups will receive. One of the compounds was gained by an independent hareidi organization which will build apartments for the hareidi sector.

The organization in question was founded by a group of hareidi investments group, Besadno Investments, and will market apartments to haredim.

The association won the bid at the lowest price per unit of land compared to other organizations and paid on average about a third of all auction price paid per unit of land, which is expected to lead to reduced prices for apartments.

In light of the disqualification of other hareidi organizations, it is expected to get rights of additional land at the same price. Therefore Besadno decided to hold a conference in the coming days, in which it will be discussed in detail, and then further decisions will be made. The conference will be held on Wednesday at the Ramada Renaissance in Jerusalem, and will be accompanied by the Jerusalem Mortgage Bank.

Besadno is an investment group which specializes in financing businesses using Kraud Funding - finance by small investors and it controls a number of fascinating technological initiatives, including Sky Saver – a facility to fire rescue from buildings whose manufacturing plant is being built right now in Israel, as well as the Jet Car project - the flying car, produced for the Israeli army and the U.S. army within two years.

Although the group's expertise is not real estate business, the owners of the group, following the high demand from the public they represent, decided to run in the tender through an association.

The whole process was supervised by the Besadno Investment Chairman Mr. Eliezer Gross, a haredi resident of Petah Tikva, an international expert in tenders who served for many years as a consultant to large companies in the U.S. regarding buying strategies in auctions.

"Before the auction," he said, "I was in the contractors' visit, I collected from all participants in the tour their business cards and met with them individually and then built a map showing me some plots to run for, the analysis of the results clearly shows that Harish will be a mainly hareidi city while close to the hareidi concentration there will be a neighborhood of the Nationalist Religious, and at the other end of the city will be a secular neighborhood with 600 living units".

Gross adds: "Given the high demand, I recommend buyers to rush to purchase apartments at relatively discounted prices, as afterwards there will be an expected rise in prices."
