A 3 month old baby choked in Elad due to swallowing a plastic bag • rescue forces performed CPR and she was taken unconscious to Schneider Hospital in Petach Tikva

A 3 month old baby suffocated today (Sunday), in Elad.
On Shemaiah Street in Elad the 3 month old baby was found unconscious after she choked.
Hatzalah medics from the Elad branch performed a lengthy resuscitation, at the end was evacuated while continuing to perform CPR, to the Schneider Hospital in Petach Tikva. Her situation is critical.
Zeevi Tepper a Hatzalah medic from the Elad branch, who lives nearby said: "This is a 3 month old baby who was found by her parents in her pram when she's unconscious.
"Apparently she choked on a plastic bag in her mouth. I and other medics from the Hatzalah Elad branch performed a lengthy resuscitation, and then she was taken to hospital whilst continuing resuscitation."
