Boro Park: Car robbed from avreich at gunpoint

At 22:00 on Motzaei Shabbos the members of 'Hashomrim' of the Boro Park neighborhood were summoned to 37th Street and 15th Ave. There they met a helpless avrech, who told them that when approached his vehicle was attacked by a non-Jewish young man who emerged from behind, put a gun to his temple and demanded the keys to the car, warning him that if he opened his mouth and screamed for help – he will not hesitate to shoot him.

The youth took the keys and hit the avrech with a fist in his face. As a result, the avrech fell to the floor, while the youngster flees with his vehicle, in front of him.

Police arrived and seek the public's help in locating the car - a silver Toyota Corolla. Her license plate number is FPV 1930. Police also tried to find security cameras in buildings in the robbery area, to discover the identity of the robber.

At the same time it became clear that a few hours earlier, not far from where the robbery took place - 15th Avenue and 40th Street - an anonymous destroyed over Shabbos ten private cars of Jews living in the street. The anonymous tore the tires of cars, smashed the windows and stole frp, vehicles GPS devices and valuables he found in them.

In this case too, the police collected the security tapes - to capture the criminal.
