The defendant, who was waiting there with a flashlight in his hands, turned to the complainant and asked where family Faksher lives. After the plaintiff answered the complainant that this family does not live in the building and headed toward the elevator, the defendant called a second person who waiting there and was masked. When the complainant saw the masked man, he tried to escape, but the masked man and the defendant began to attack him and hit him in the head with an object whose identity is not known.

The complainant, who began to bleed from his head, tried to protect his head with his left hand, but they continued to beat him. The complainant tried to scream for help and run to the elevator, but tripped and they continued to beat him. At this moment, the complainant's neighbor heard groaning outside the home. The neighbor who came out of his home and noticed what was happening, approached the defendant and masked man and grabbed hold of them. They pushed him and started to run away.

As a result of the acts of the two, the complainant suffered cuts in his head and broke his left hand finger.
