Investigators at the capital police station in Jerusalem detained for questioning on Friday two hareidi boys, Breslev Hasidim who are Jerusalem residents, arrested on suspicion of attacking Arabs in recent weeks and throwing stones at Arab cars on the Haim Bar-Lev road.

The two, minors of 16, who are members of Breslev Hasidus, were brought to the Magistrate's Court, where the judge extended the arrest of one suspect by a day, and the arrest of the second suspect by two days.

Police are investigating whether they are related to two Arab youths attacks two weeks ago on Monday, near the national headquarters of the police. An Arab youth was wounded in that attack in a medium condition.

According to the injured, he went with his friend – riding on a bicycle – for a hike at Jaffa Gate. On their way back to their home in Beit Hanina, they passed Haim Bar-Lev road, near the national headquarters of the police.

Suddenly, two hareidi youngsters appeared and without any reason attacked him, beat him in the face and head - and fled.
