In a national traffic police unit roll of the Traffic Division to enforce speeding on Route 90, near Rosh Pina, a vehicles was registered at an exceeded speed of 181 mph. Maximum speed limit of the road is 90 mph.
The car was stopped and the driver was detained for identification, then tried to impersonate another. Finally it became clear that he is a minor 17 year-old resident of Bnei Brak.
According to the driver, his parents divorced today, and since he is not in a good state of mind, his friend - the owner of the car who was with him, wanted to cheer him up and let him drive.
Traffic Department spokesman Zivan Freidin stated that the minor was arrested.
The other - the car owner, also a resident of Bnei Brak, was summoned for hearing, during which the vehicle was disabled and towed, and traffic proceedings began against him.
