A Hatzalah motorcyclist was slightly injured in an accident on the way to an emergency call

Only a few days passed since a MDA motorcyclist was moderately injured in an accident near Bnei Brak, last night it happened again: this time to a Hatzalah Gush Dan volunteer in Ramat Gan.


Last night, a little before midnight, there was an accident on the corner of Ben Gurion, Jabotinsky Street in Ramat Gan. A Hatzalah Gush Dan motorcyclist, on his way to a medical case, was injured by a vehicle, fell and was injured. The rider was treated by colleagues from Hatzalah and Hatzalah Gush Dan, and was taken for further treatment to hospital where is condition is defined as mild.


Last week, the MDA motorcycle rider was involved in a car accident, after being injured by a vehicle. The rider tried to save his life and jumped off the bike and was moderately injured. The motorcycle itself was thrown a distance of 37 meters, to the other side of the road.


The rider lost consciousness during the treatment, but returned prior to the evacuation. He was hospitalized for a day at the hospital and was released with a broken hand and other injuries.


"It was a miracle," he said to B'Chadrei Charedim after being sent home.
