32 percent of Israel's Jewish citizens think that in the budget of 2013 one has to cut the budgets allocated mainly to hareidim, while only one percent support cutting education budgets - according to a survey by TNS-Teleseker conducted for Walla.

Following the 'hole' of about 15 billion discovered in the state budget, and economic growth rates which are lower than expected, the next government will have to raise financial sources - either by raising taxes or by cutting the budget widely.

Survey respondents were asked to answer the question: "The next government will have to cut the state budget. To your opinion, where should the next government make most of the budget cuts?"

Apparently the incitement against haredim is successful, since about a third of them, as mentioned, require to cut from the budget of hareidim, and 21.2% believe that you should cut from construction in the settlements.

12.5% of survey respondents believe that they should make cuts in the public sector wages. Only 1.1% support cuts in education, and a minimal amount of 0.7% support cuts in benefits to the poor.

8.8% of survey respondents favored cutting the defense budget, 10.3% in favor of cutting road construction and development of railways. And 13.2% of respondents said they do not know or do not choose any answer offered.

The survey was conducted last week among 404 respondents which constitute a representative sample of the adult Jewish population. The sampling error for the survey is about 4.5%.
