The incitement against the ultra-Orthodox community, which has become a trend in some parties 'Yesh Atid' and 'Hatnua' in particular, reached a new level when Kadima party, which almost does not appear in the polls on the right side of the threshold – has taken a ride on the wave as well.

The step is not surprising at all. Just a few months ago MK Yochanan Plesner (second place on the list), did all he can to force his new Tal Law on the Orthodox, but until now Kadima has not made any use of it on her campaign, but concentrated on attacks against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu . It seems that the competition among the parties of the left - center has done its work and also brings Kadima to the incitement swamp.

"NIS 3400 to an avrech and only NIS 352 to a soldier" will now be the slogan of the party - the slogan in which all their hopes hang will help them soar above the threshold.

The one who surprised everyone and pulled out conflicting data is the one who will be the new Likud - Beiteinu MK, Moshe Feiglin, who shows the real data, and don’t let them tell you stories.

According to Feiglin, the cost of state for subsidiary of Orthodox kollel studies (as of 2010) is about NIS 8400 per year per student, the following calculation: NIS 700 scholarship from the Ministry of Religious Affairs for 12 months.

The number of students who benefit from the support stands at about 77,000 and with kollel students 87,744 –87.5% of whom are Israeli citizens. The total cost of subsidiaries transferred to Orthodox Kollel students stands at 646.8 million shekels a year.

Then he goes to the amount paid by the state to subsidize higher education in humanitarian professions: Total Budget and PBC to encourage higher education is ... 7740 million shekels in 2011, the total budget for the PBC transmitted directly to higher education institutions is 7005 million shekels, and the rest is transferred to funds to encourage research.

Total amount of students at universities, academic colleges and colleges of Education in 2012 is 189,240; with an average cost per student per year is about 37,000 shekels.

Feiglin concludes: 77,000 Orthodox yeshiva students in kollels receive about -646.8 million shekels per year, approximately NIS 8,400 per person, compared with 90,200 students in leftist kollels, who receive 2,307.1 million shekels per year, about NIS 25,000 per person.
