Singer Ruly Dickman and musician Rubbie Bennett survived a serious car accident last night which occurred on Highway 6. Dickman, Bennett and two players were on their way to a wedding in Tiberias. At approximately 19:00, an hour before the wedding, Dickman - who was driving - lost control probably because of a dangerous substance on the road.

The car spun for a few seconds and hit a segregation fence on one side of the road, then to a fence on the other side. Dickman's car was badly damaged. The passengers themselves were unharmed.

The musicians did not lose heart, and immediately after a check by the traffic examiners, rushed to call a taxi and went on to the hall in Tiberias. They arrived at the hall at 20:30, after the families of the bride and groom were updated of the accident which occurred to the orchestra.

"The feeling in those hours was great joy, that you can thank Hashem for the miracle which happened to you," says Rully Dickman to Behadrey Haredim. "The whole time I thought to myself that just for the joy of the bride and groom we had a miracle."

Player Arik Shahar wrote today (Monday) in his Facebook page: "We came out without a scratch even though the car was disassembled and crushed and with broken windows. After an hour of police questioning and MDA tests etc. we went on to Tiberias and gave such a concert which the city of Tiberias, may it be rebuilt, has never seen since its inception. "
