The tent erected at the center of Tel Aviv by the activists for equal burden - recently used as a refuge for homeless people from the ravages of winter weather, but also as a cover for pickpockets, whose activity at the bus stops in the area – is quite extensive.

Although the encampment leaders and activists are not in the area the encampment itself has not yet been dismantled.

Information obtained to B'Chadrei Charedim indicates that in the last week two cases of pick pocketing occurred.

The first case, on Monday morning, when dozens of people waiting for buses at the main road station. A man apparently suffering from mental health problems - stood between them. At one point, there were shouts from one woman, and within seconds it became clear that he inserted his hand into the bag of the woman shouting, and tried to steal her wallet.

Later, the man was seen inside the 'suckers' tent - and denied the allegations to the people passing by.

Even last Wednesday there was a similar incident in the morning, when the bus stations are filled with passengers, a pickpocket emerged towards the handbag of a young girl, and tried to steal her iphone device in her possession. When he tried to escape he fell on the sidewalk, dropped the cell phone, and according to an eyewitness, he fled into the tent and lay down in it without being noticed.
