Cured: A son born to the Baumel family-"Happiness mingled with sadness"

Family cured: On Shabbos a baby boy was born to the Baumel family from Modiin Illit.

Recalling, a number of months ago the little boy Chanoch Hanoch z"l was found dead, after he was forgotten in the van for many hours.

This past Shabbos the family was in Bnei Brak. Close to 11:00 am, the mother gave birth to a baby boy at the Maayenei Hayeshua hospital in the city.

"This is very happy news for us", says a member of the family to B'Chadrei Charedim. "A great happiness mingled with sadness. We all understand that everything that happens is decided in heaven, and this is a decree on our family. We accepted it even though we didn’t understand everything. We are very happy upon the birth of the baby boy."

At the same time, the investigation on the case of Nachman Shtizer, the driver of the van where the boy was forgotten, was transferred to the advocates. Following an inquiry by B'Chadrei Charedim with the attorney of Shtizer, Offer Bartel, "there is no significant development on the case."

A few days following the tragedy, B'Chadrei Charedim reported the noble behavior by the Baumel and Leichter families towards Nachman Shtizer. The family members requested of the public to pray for the success of the teacher in the case, and invited him to take part in all their family events. The media which reported this were amazed by their attitude.
