Ba'al Tefilla of Strikov • Harav Asher Fishman

Baruch Dayan Ha'emes: In Bnei Brak Harav, Asher Fishman z"l of the most important chassidim and Ba'alei Tefilla of Strikov – died of a heart attack at the age of 63.

The deceased was born to Harav Yitzchok Fishman, who served as a Ba'al Tefilla in the Beis Midrash of the Strikov Rebbe zt"l in Tel Aviv.

He was one of the first talmidim of the Kollel Kol Yaakov in the Beis Midrash of the Rebbe zt"l on Borochov Street in Tel Aviv, and used to serve as a Ba'al Tefilla for Shachris of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur in Strikov Hasiddus.

Last Thursday he even participated in the marriage of the Rebbe's daughter.

He left behind a blessed generation: ten children, three of whom are not yet married.

The funeral will leave at 19:30 from his home on Noam Elimelech street, Bnei Brak, towards the Beis Midrash of the Strikov Rebbe on Alsheich street in town, and then to the cemetery.

May his soul be cherished in the bundle of life.
