Iron Dome drives away Breslev domes

For years the Breslev Yeshiva in Bnei Brak would isolate in the center of the country. Until last night (Sunday) the mashgiach instructed to find an alternative. This is due to the fact the Iron Dome battery was installed in the area.

"Every night," says A. one of the yeshiva students, "for nearly 50 years the yeshiva would go out to isolate in this field. It is a 10 minutes drive from the city of Bnei Brak, we would take a van, reach the place, spread out in the field, isolate and return to the yeshiva.

But the yeshiva staff and mashgiach, Rabbi Yitzhak Mendelson learned that last Shabbos, following 'Pillar of Defense' and fire towards the area of Tel Aviv, the Iron Dome battery was installed in place.

Following this the yeshiva is not looking for an alternative now. Today the area is a dangerous place to stay, and a busy center. It is not a place for isolation anymore.
