Hurricane 'Sandy' which swept the eastern coast of the United States has left behind her destruction and devastation. But it turns out that you can also find a bright spot: the rejection of Bloomberg Law - the law affects the practice of 'mouth sucking', practiced during the circumcision ceremony, which was to take effect and was delayed again.

City Council approved the law of New York, conducted by the Jewish mayor Michael Bloomberg. By law, every parent will have to sign before having circumcision on a document confirming that he is aware of all the risks associated with performing mouth sucking, and takes sole responsibility for it.

The law provoked outrage within the orthodox community, who saw an unprecedented attempt to intervene in religious content through legislation. Representatives of Orthodox organizations have filed an appeal against the mayor, and required to delay the law from going into effect.

As a result, the court ordered to stop the implementation of the municipal law, stating discussion, scheduled for next week on Wednesday. But yesterday it was known that the hearing was postponed for several months due to mishaps and delays caused by the storm. For now, the implementation of the law has been delayed for several months.
