Brutal robbery in Manchester: Hareidi man beaten and hospitalized

On Monday in the early evening, a group of robbers broke into the city of Manchester in northern England, where a Hareidi resident of the community, along with his children, is living. The burglars brutally beat up the owner of the home, as they demanded his money.

The three robbers demanded of the father, an owner of a stamp store, to hand over all the money in his possession as well as all the stamps, but even after receiving what they had demanded, they did not stop beating him.

The family called the local police, but the robbers managed to escape before the arrival of the police, with a car which awaited them.

The man was treated by Hatzala volunteers, giving him primary health care, and he was taken – suffering from numerous cuts in his head and a fractured skull - to a hospital, where he needed seven stitches. After a night of hospitalization he was discharged home in a fair condition.

An initial investigation the police found that the car in which the robbers fled, was stolen shortly before the break, from a parking of a local resident.
