Father wants to see his children; Mother: he is not religious enough

An ugly dispute over visitation rights prevention comes for the third time to the opening of the rabbinical court in Tel Aviv: An orthodox couple with three children, divorced after the husband changed his way of life.

Despite the detailed divorce agreement, which the parties agreed to on visitation rights between the father and his children, the arrangements have been thwarted by the mother time and time again, who refuses to allow the father to see his children, despite the rabbinical court order, who has been ordering her to do so.

Attorney Tal Miron, who represents the man claims that the woman's actions exacerbated when she denied the children from spending time with their father last Passover Seder, Lag B'Omer, and various holiday vacations, and even threatened the children, apparently, if they continue to press her see their father, she will prevent them from meeting with him completely.

In addition she said that the woman is dismissing, with the encouragement of her Rabbi's, the rabbinical courts decisions, who have already been required to discuss the visitation arrangements violation several times, and is not afraid of the fines they have decided to impose on her every time she breaches the visitation arrangements.
The helpless father recently filed a court application to fine the woman tens of thousands of shekels for preventing visitation arrangements, and the woman's reaction indicates that she refuses to allow the children to spend time with their father, fearing his different way of life will affect their way of life, and distance them from the orthodox community to which they belong.

Dayanim at the Beis Din are debating how to treat the woman, and whether to impose a heavy fine on her.

In the past the husband turned to the court asking that it grant an enforcement order to the divorce agreement. Indeed, the court did not linger, and in April 2012 the woman was ordered to maintain the visitation arrangements as specified. The court also ruled, in the same order - a fine for any future case in which the woman will prevent visitation between the father and children.

Meanwhile, the woman has filed a response on her behalf, which claimed that the father does not conduct himself according to what the law requires, thus creating a conflict with the education given to the children.

Rabbinical Court for his part has yet to give the final ruling on the issue, and the discussions have not yet ended.
