Bustle in the computer world: Microsoft currently launches the Windows 8 operating system.
The new interface is optimized for touch screen, but maintained the ability for the use of a mouse and keyboard. In the new interface the Start menu is replaced with tiles on the start screen of "live" applications, which can access applications specifically tailored to the new work environment and are downloadable from an application store, as well as to a desktop environment in which one can work similarly to older versions of Windows.
Examples of applications on the starting screen are the weather application, Web Shop, investments, News Feeds and Microsoft Account. The new interface is primarily designed for screens with 16:9 display, when in a screen which has a resolution of 768x1366 one can view two applications using "Snap". With a resolution of 768x1024 one application can be displayed in full screen, and at 1024x600 you can run only the traditional desktop of Windows.
Microsoft also announced that Windows 8 will use the processor and the physical memory more efficiently, to make Windows 8 run more smoothly, and thereby also enable running it on weaker computers. Even load times and shutdown of the system were considerably shortened.
There are computer critics who are not satisfied with the new operating system and explain that this is coupling between two separate operating systems. One is a continuation of Windows 7 and the other is a tablets operating system, which is affected mainly by the Windows Phone 7 system for Smartphones.
