Bombs and killed in Damascus • Summary of Shabbos events

• On Friday night a missing person was found near the intersection on Route 2 Sapphire (Poleg). Sharon Region National Traffic Police Unit traffic department has identified the person. An 89 year old man, who was absent from Wednesday from Yavneh, was found tired and wet. The police gave him first aid and he was taken to the station nearby. Once dubbed, his son was located, and he arrived at the scene and took responsibility.

• A call came in at 19:03 to MDA Negev on a man of about 30 who got stabbed in the chest on Jerusalem Blvd. in Be'er Sheva. MDA team took him into the trauma unit in Soroka Hospital in fair condition. Circumstances of the case are not yet clear.

• On Weizmann Street in Ashdod a 22-year-old cyclist hit by a car. Magen David Adom paramedics took him to hospital in serious condition to Kaplan hospital in Rechovot. Lachish Traffic Division is investigating the circumstances of the accident.

• During Eid al-Adha celebrations in the northern village of Kisra, a one year-old baby was moderately injured by a firecracker. A reveler threw a firecracker which exploded near the baby's face, causing him burns and corneal damage. He was taken to hospital in Nahariya and was admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology.

• A car accident with trapped people at Akko East Junction, 3 teams of fire fighters from the Western Galilee, rescued one trapped in fair condition and was brought by MDA to the hospital.

• A 62 year old man was evacuated, resident of a village in Galilee when he was wounded very seriously. Apparently he was hit as a pedestrian in a traffic accident in the village; the circumstances of the case are being investigated.

• Yarka Village: Young 21 year old resident of Akko known to the police was shot and critically injured in the upper part of his body and was taken to the government hospital in Nahariya. His condition is severe-critical and he is sedated and on a respirator, and doctors are fighting for his life. Searches are conducted to find the shooter, background being checked. The investigation was assigned to the central unit Beach County.

• Aircraft of the air force loyal to Assad, bombed buildings in one of the suburbs of the capital Damascus in Syria, despite the cease-fire in the country. It has been reported by human rights activists in Syria. At least eight people were killed in the bombing in the town of Arvin.

11 terrorists arrested by Indonesian police on suspicion of planning to harm the American embassy in the capital Jakarta and other missions throughout the state, including the Central consulate in Sorbet.

• Western China five children killed when a truck transporting them home from school degenerated into a pit. Another person was killed in the accident and six wounded. Chinese news agency reported that the truck, which held 13 passengers, swerved off the mountain road and fell 200 meters down the slope.
