U.S. President Barack Obama's responded humorously to billionaire Donald Trump's proposal: "Our story began when we played together as children on the football team," Obama said when asked about the meaning behind the tension between him and Trump.
Trump, has been trying in recent days to warm up the U.S. presidential election.
He claims that he has documents proving that the Obama's were going to divorce. He also issued a statement that he will contribute five million dollars to a charity, if Obama will unveil his passport and registration papers for college.
Obama was a guest tonight at the TV show with Jay Leno and stung Trump and called on the public: "Go vote."
Obama also hinted earlier Trump's teasing on the previous election campaign, when he claimed that the president was born in Kenya and that he should not run for president. "He was jealous of me back then, because I was better than him."
Obama used the interview to call to U.S. citizens to take an active part in the U.S. presidential election and use their democratic right to vote.
A survey published by the night news agency "Reuters" revealed that Republican candidate Mitt Romney leads Obama by a margin of just one percent.
