Miracle in Lakewood • flipped, rolled and landed on a car and came out with a scratch

Lakewood yeshiva student driving yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon in his car, rolled several times and landed on another car and emerged with only a slight scratch.

The scholar was driving on Route 9 near No. 6 St. adjacent to the Lakewood Yeshiva, he lost control of the brakes causing a chain accident, flipped three times and landed on a private car.

The man was driving a private minivan and when he tried to slow down he realized that the brakes do not work.

The driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a car and caused a chain accident whilst rolling over several times and landed on another minivan.
Rescuers and police arrived at the scene.

The driver received initial treatment and was taken to a local hospital and was released with only a scratch on his arm.

A Rescue volunteer who was at the scene, said that Highway No. 9 has witnessed car accidents every day for years. "This is the main road connecting to all neighborhoods in the city," he said, "and the local authority does nothing to solve the problems on the road."
