Stuck with an apartment Golovenzitz project'? There are those who will buy it from you, but at a significant loss.
In a notice published this morning (Tues.) in the Mevasser Ve'omer newspaper, distributed in and around Jerusalem, someone offers to purchase the rights in the apartment complex - where construction has been delayed for over a year, following the affair of graves - for the sum of one hundred thousand shekels in cash.
But those who know the original cost understand the size of the loss: those who acquired the right to housing, when the project was launched - were forced to part from 300 thousand shekels.
A source involved in the proceedings indicates that in the past were avreichim who demanded to get their money back in return for the rights in an apartment. In return for the money they had to give up a small amount totaling several thousands of shekels.
On the other hand, the publisher of the ad believes that the delay in building the project causes financial losses for many families, and it is not far-fetched that a young couple who had to absorb many monthly expenses following the delay would part with the rights for this amount.
Is it a spin or a real ad? Read and judge for yourself.
