Rachel Atias, the 8-year-old girl who lost her entire family in a car accident claims 13 million shekels from the insurance company 'Shomra'.
"She suffers today and will suffer all her life," wrote her attorney, Oren Chen, who filed the lawsuit.
According to a report in 'Yedioth Ahronoth', in a claim which was filed with the Lod District Court Oren Chen argues that the money is necessary for the child because she is "finding it difficult to function, following the trauma. Rachel already now needs ongoing help. She has become a restricted person".
In addition, the lawyer asked the court to assess the child's disability and special needs.
No response was given by the insurance company.
