After the failure of Barack Obama's performance at the debate with Republican candidate, his vice president Joe Biden returned his lost honor.
Vice President Joe Biden, debated this morning (Friday) with the Republican position of Vice President, Paul Ryan, at the television studio set up at the College in Danville, Kentucky.
At their first and only debate, Joe Biden gave a convincing performance with full of humor.
The debate was moderated by journalist Martha Radattz and lasted about 90 minutes, during which the candidates were asked on their positions on economic issues, abortion and domestic and foreign policy.
First, they were asked about the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three members of his team.
The moderator questioned Ryan and asked to hear his opinion on that Romney rushed to condemn Obama immediately after the incident. "It's never too early to talk about our values," said Ryan and criticized the Obama administration for "it taking him two weeks to announce it was a terrorist act."
Biden, however, promised to find those responsible for the attack "and bring them to justice." "The last thing we need now is another war," he added attacking Ryan that Romeny criticized the government's conduct "before he knew that the ambassador was killed." "This is not presidential behavior," Biden stated.
They also asked about Iran's nuclear program. Vice President Biden said that Iran is far from achieving a nuclear bomb.
He added that Israel and the United States agree on that. After explaining that Iran should not be allowed nuclear weapons, he turned to Ryan and asked him: "Do you want war?' Is that what you want?".
Ryan made sure to emphasize that not Iran should not be allowed nuclear weapons, adding that the Obama administration gives mixed signals to ayatollahs in Iran and although he says all options are on the table; in reality it seems that they keep delaying sanctions.
Ryan also criticized the fact that Obama did meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in New York last month.
"Ayatollahs see Obama in New York on the same day Netanyahu is in New York, but he prefers to go to a talk show rather than to talk to him," he criticized.
Biden countered that "Obama talks to Netanyahu more then he talks to anyone else."
