On highway 886 at the entrance to Dalton Park a head-on collision accident occurred - between three vehicles, including transportation vehicles.
Hatzalah volunteer paramedics of the Galil branch and Magen David Adom paramedics provided primary health care to 11 injured, including two seriously injured, and 9 injuries sustained light to moderate, including six children.
Nachi Klein, Hatzalah branch head, told B'Chadrei Charedim, "it was a head on collusion accident with the involvement of an overturned van on its side and two private cars which were treated by Hatazalah paramedics. Two people were seriously injured, and the other victims (including six children from an Orthodox family) were in mild to moderate condition. This is a road which unfortunately many accidents occurred in recent years, due to lack of lighting and sharp winding turns."
MDA spokesman Zaki Heller said that Magen David Adom paramedics gave medical care to 11 victims, including two in critical condition who were trapped in the vehicle and were rescued, a woman of about 50 with multi-system injuries was evacuated to Ziv Hospital, and a man of about 50 with a head injury was evacuated by MDA helicopter to Rambam Hospital in Haifa. 9 lightly injured, including six children, were evacuated to Ziv Hospital.
Among the wounded - Orthodox Jewish family from the North.
