Shooting in Williamsburg: Bullets penetrated Orthodox home

An Orthodox family living in the neighborhood of Williamsburg, were saved by a miracle in a shooting battle.

The shooting battle took place yesterday (Tuesday) during the late hours of the evening at the intersection of Marcy and Fleshing Streets, when five bullets penetrated a room one after another at the home belonging to an orthodox family.

The bullets, shot from a gun, first penetrated to the Sukka on the porch and made their way into the adjacent room. The bullets caused damage to two walls in the home, but by miracle no family members were harmed, since they were visiting with relatives during the time.

The police, who arrived at the scene with reinforcements, began an investigation, which indicated that the bullets were fired accidentally into the apartment where the Orthodox family lives, and were initially directed to a nearby apartment where Gentiles lived.

The investigation also revealed that shootout probably came from world crime war clans.
