Nightly riots in Geula: 6 Yeshiva Bachurim arrested
Motzei Simchas Torah boredom: Riots on Kikar Shabbos in Jerusalem. After lighting a recycling facility and a puncturing a detective car, police arrested Israeli and American youngsters.

Jerusalem police arrested tonight (Tuesday) 3 Yeshiva Bachurim on suspicion of rioting and disrupting the order in the Geula neighborhood.
Each year, with no obvious reason, on Motzei Simchas Torah dozens of youngsters gather together with American youngsters on the streets of Geula and Kikar Shabbos in Jerusalem. Curious passerby's stand nearby waiting for something interesting to develop.
This time they lit a recycling facility.
Police authorities, riot police and detectives led by the officer Shlomi Tobul entered the site and urgently evacuated dozens of curious passerby's. Later on police authorities stood on Kikar Shabbos.
When riots developed again, 3 youngsters were arrested on the suspicion of order disruption.
The arrested are 2 Israelis and 1 American.
One of the neighborhood residents spoke to B'Chadrei Charedim and said, "During the past 5 years on Motzei Simchas Torah dozens of youngsters gather around here and wait for uncalled for riots. Tonight, the police decided to put an end to the story abruptly. It doesn’t seem like they succeeded, however they did the best with these bored youngsters".

Early morning, riots continued and a detective car was punctured.
Police arrested 3 suspects and in total 6 were arrested tonight (Tuesday).
Jerusalem police reported that 6 suspects were arrested for investigation on suspicion of rioting and behavior which can violate the public's wellbeing. The suspects were investigated and were released under restrictive conditions. The investigation continues.
