"Ubiarta hara mikirbecha", cried Danni M., a hareidi from Bnei Brak, while performing a ceremony of smashing his own iPhone, and that of his wife.
The ceremony took place on the eve of this past Rosh Hashanah. Danni gathered a few members of his family, planning to smash the two iPhones. For this purpose, he equipped himself with a hammer and the devices, of course.
Before smashing, he said the tefilla of "leshem yichud" and afterwards went on to work. Never the less, he refused to expose himself and talk, for fear that "I will be prone to be sued by 'Apple'".
