Shomrei Emunim. Behadrey Haredim reveals: details of the will

The mysterious will of the Rebbe of Shomrei Emunim zt"l evoked great curiosity among the Chassidim around the country and the world, not only in the circles of Shomrei Emunim.

The Rebbe zt"l, who had four sons, instructed to open the will only after the Shiva and in the presence of his four sons.

Last Motzaei Shabbos, as was reported in Behadrei Haredim, the will was opened in a limited forum, including the sons and a small number of acquaintances, when at the end of the discussions, it was decided to declare in public that all four sons will serve as Rebbes, but an orderly division will take place after the Chagim.

The content of the will which reached Behadrey Haredim, expresses what the Rebbe wanted to see after he was gone.

The will stated that the eldest son, R' Rephael Aharon Rota, who until now served as Av Beis Din of Shomrei Emunim and as Rav of the Beis Midrash in Ashdod, will receive the building of the chassidus on Sfas Emes street in Bnei Brak, besides the apartment at the entrance floor, which the youngest daughter will receive.

The gabbai of the Rebbe zt"l, Harav Shmuel Rot, chairman of the Toras Shomrei Emunim book institution, and Harav Asher Zelig Chnun who also serves as the manager of the Talmud Torah, will serve the eldest son, since the Rebbe wrote in his will that all the chazokos of the gabbaim end with his ptira.

Among the families who chose the eldest son as their leader are: Harav Yisroel Lerer, the Rosh Kollel, Harav Zvi Binnet, Harav Chaim Avigdor Phillip and more.

The second son, R' Gedalya Moshe Rota, will leave – according to the will - for Ashdod, where he will lead his public. In addition, he will receive the building of the Talmud Torah on Harav Melzer street in Bnei Brak, which he will probably sell, and buy a building or build in the area of the caravan in Ashdod. There are those in the chassidus who claim that the building will be divided with the fourth son, R' Yaakov Yitzchak.

The executive manager of the institutions of the second son will be Shmuel Koretz.
The third son, R' Shlomo, will receive the building in Meah Shearim in Jerusalem and the institutions and Yeshiva, which will stay under the management of the grandson who served the Rebbe zt"l – Harav Aharale Glezliler, who was already crowned at the end of the week in the Mevaser newspaper with the title "Harav Hatzadik R' Aharon Glezliler, Rosh Yeshiva and president of the Shomrei Emunim institutions".

The fourth son, R' Yaakov Yitzchak, who is serving a sentence in the Ma'asiyahu jail in Ramle, will receive the Beis Midrash of the institutions in Beit Shemesh.

Bracha, another daughter of the Rebbe zt"l, who is single, will receive the apartment in Jerusalem as her inheritance.

All the sons of the eldest son R' Rephael Aharon will receive a living apartment. All four sons – will each receive 5 million dollars from the apartments and buildings which are built in Jerusalem, on condition that the brother R' Shlomo and the sister Bracha will be in charge of the money, and it will be forbidden to press them about it.

Regarding the silverware, a raffle will be held between the daughters, with the third son R' Shlomo receiving most of the items of the grandfather, R' Aharon zt"l from Shomrei Emunim.

Meanwhile, the second son, R' Gedalya Moshe, is already consolidating his institutions, and will be in Ashdod with his public of Chassidim and admirers for the coming Shabbos.
