The New York police has been searching over the last day for the suspect of the murderer of the member of the Sephardi kehilla in NY, Yitzchak Kedar, who was murdered last Thursday in his "All in $1" store, situated in Brooklyn.
Up till now, the police has raised a suspicion against one person, but he too has not yet been located. According to the estimate of the police, the suspect is the same person who murdered another store owner last month.
The police published the composite portrait of the suspect, and disseminated it to store owners in the area so that they will be on the allert.
One of the probes which brought to discovering the important information that this is the same murderer, discovered the compatibility between the bullet which caused the death of Kedar and the bullet which brought about the death of 65 year old Mohamed Jibly, who was most probably murdered by the same person at the beginning of last month.
As known, the Sephardi kehilla and the member of council David Greenfeld published a notice last Friday offering a prize of $5,000 to anyone who will bring information which will lead to the arrest of the murderer. The family of Yitzchak Kedar z"l still finds it hard to digest the terrible disaster.
