101 Ksubos: The Mir Masmid

Tens of bochrim from the Mir yeshiva participate in their friend, Dovid Zelig Yudelevits special Simcha.

Dovid Zelig, an 18 year old boy, is a student in the Mir yeshiva in Yerushalayim, finished learning maseches Ksuvos, for the 101th time, this week.

One of the boys neighbors, who participated in the siyum told ‘Behadrey Haredim’: “we are talking about a boy with incredible talent and the ability to study like not many can or do. Dovid took it upon himself to learn every masechta in nashim – nezikin 101 times. He learns these masectas during seder in yeshiva and his accomplishments are unreal, and although he makes a lot of siyums each year, every one is as if it’s the first time.

The 101st siyum Dovid Zelig made on bamos was just a little over a half a year ago in his home. In honor of the 101st siyum on ktuvos the siyum was held in his parents’ home where his friends, family and neighbors came to celebrate with him.
