Takanos Ger: Whatsapp Only for Business

The Admor of Ger spoke words of bracha and said," Whoever accepts and upholds these takanos , and gets a heter from rabanim, will have health, children and abundant parnassah.

After words the takanos were announced by Harav Avraham Nachman Guterman from the Vadass Harabanim of the chassidus.

Bechadrey Charedim has learned that the takanos permit a "Delta" phone for those of the chassidim who work, but it is not permitted to use it in public- not at a simcha and not in the shtibel. Additionally it is not permitted to send a Whatsapp message to a charedi Jew. It is only permissible to use Whatsapp to communicate with a non Torah observant Jew- or a gentile.

An additional takana in Ger is that from today and on it is not permitted to view wedding videos on a computer- only via a projector
