Wave of Arrests in Yehuda and Shomron Thursday Night

Over the course of Thursday night the IDF arrested 11 wanted men and youths. 4 of those arrested were involved in popular acts of terror an violent disruptions of the peace aimed at both security services and citizens
.
1 person was arrested in Tulkarm, 2 Hamas terrorists in Shechem , and 2 more in nearby Madma
.
In the Beit Lechem area 4 were arrested in El Chadar, and another 2 in Evdiya.
Six months have passed since the beginning of the present terror wave and the IDF have stated that there still exists a danger of escalation. Despite the decrease in incidents taking place each month, the terror wave that began in October is considered the most intense in the past decade
.
After six continuous months of terror the IDF has noted a decrease in attacks, and those that do occure tend to take place at the end of the week. Even though the final counting for March hadn’t yet taken place by the time this article was written, the IDF had noted that a decrease compared to the 155 incidents in February. 620 incidents were noted in the first month of the terror wave.
