Tzanz: accident because of ravages of technology

"Our duty is to stand on guard against the enemy that oppresses the holy in ruchnius and gashmius, a trouble the like of which has never been, and therefore this is a good time that in the last few days of the week of Shovavim, G-d fearing Jews will gather together led by Gedolei Yisroel, Gedolei Torah, community leaders and rabbis of the communities, to say enough to the destructive angel, and only the power of the public hand can stop the prosecutor and the plague."
