Harsh case in Bnei Brak: a year-old baby, did not wake up this morning (Monday) in Bnei Brak, he was rushed to hospital in critical condition.

The baby was found unconscious without a pulse and not breathing in his bed on Ravad Street in Bnei Brak.

Hatzalah drives of the Dan district and MDA crews performed CPR on him. He was taken to the intensive care unit in Schneider hospital.

Yechiel Miller, Hatzalah volunteer, said: "This morning a toddler was found in his crib when he is unconscious and without a pulse or breath. When I got to the place, the father was during resuscitation attempts according to instructions he received from the Ichud Hatzalah call center, and assisted by other volunteers we continued resuscitation.

"After the pulse returned with the grace of G-d, he was taken in intensive care unit to the hospital in serious but stable condition".

It should be noted that in recent weeks there have been several cases of infant death, arising probably from SIDS (crib death) syndrome.
