Ramle: girls stabbed a security guard lightly

Suspected stabbing attack this morning (Thursday) at the central bus station in Ramle.

Two underage Arab girls of 13, stabbed a security guard when they were asked to identify themselves before a check up at the entrance to the main station in Ramle, they pulled out a knife and stabbed the guard. The two minor girls were arrested and the security guard was slightly injured.

One of minors arrived with a school bag, when they reached the position of the metal detector, the guard stationed there asked them to identify themselves toward the check up. The two pulled out knives, stabbed the guard, injuring him slightly in the leg and arm, and he was taken to Assaf Harofeh Hospital.

The two were taken in for questioning at the police station in Ramle. These are two girls aged 13 with Israeli citizenship, it seems that the incident was nationalistic.

Senior MDA medic Shlomo Elkeslassi who at the scene when the incident occurred, said: "While I was talking in the mall, I suddenly heard shouts of 'terrorists!' and I rushed to the scene, I noticed a young man of about 25, fully conscious and upset, he suffered several stab wounds in the limbs, I gave him primary health care and within minutes ambulances arrived to the place and took him to a hospital. The security guards took over the two stabbers and passed them over to the police."
