Wounded reconstructs: "Arabs danced and sang"

The young man stabbed near the Damascus Gate last night recently came from Brooklyn to study at a pre-military preparatory program and join the army

The wounded who was stabbed shortly before Shabbat ended in a stabbing attack near Damascus Gate, was with his brother and some friends on their way back from Mincha at the Western Wall.
"I turned around, I saw them running and started running," said the injured to Walla! Site from his hospital bed, shortly after he was stabbed. "I realized it was a terrorist attack and I've been stabbed. I did not see him before me, he came from theback and stabbed. They were two, and both of them with knives."
The stabbed (17) immigrated to Israel from Brooklyn six weeks ago, and he is studying at a pre-military preparatory course in the Jerusalem area, and plans to join the army.
One of his friends who called the policemen, said: "We were just walking, and from nowhere there were two guys with knives. One of them attacked me, I thought hit me with a knife, but it was just his arm."
"I turned around and saw them chasing him, I ran away and did not know he was injured until I saw him bleeding. Right when they took out their knives, there were 50 Arabs around us who began to sing and dance. It seemed like they were going to kill us."
