Tiberias: Dushinski are coming too

Dushinsky Hassidim are heading northwards to Tiberias and leaving Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh which were hitherto the bastions of the Hasidus.

The community is establishing a discounted borough adjacent to Kiryat Tzanz in Tiberias which is currently being populated.
