So Egyptians killed a Palestinian who crossed the border

A documentation which shakes the Arab world: Egyptian soldiers shot and killed last Thursday a young Palestinian from the Gaza Strip, who crossed the maritime border in the Rafah area.
The event was publicized in the media in Gaza and the large television network, "Al Jazeera".
The video clip shows a young man entering the sea close to the border. A Palestinian security man is shown signifying that the person is suffering from mental illness. But the young man was shot and his body was washed ashore.
The Interior Ministry in the Gaza Strip condemned the incident strongly and said that "The shocking images broadcast by the media documenting the killing of the young emotionally disturbed man by the Egyptian army just a few meters from the border with Rafah indicate the extent of the cruelty of those who did so, showing that the execution was in cold blood.
"This is a deplorable act that goes against all humanitarian laws and conventions. One should open an investigation and prosecute the officers and soldiers responsible for the case."
