3 seriously and criticaly wounded in a stabbing attack at Jaffa Gate of Jerusalem; Terrorists were neutralized

Dr. Yosef Alberton, Director of Surgery in Shaare Zedek said that two injured arrived, one of them with gunshot wounds to the upper abdomen in critical condition in life danger and was put immediately into surgery. The other wounded person was stabbed twice in the back with a knife, and will be taken in the next few minutes also to the operating room.
At 13:12, two young terrorists with knives attacked Jewish passers-by at the Jaffa Gate entrance in Jerusalem, outside the walls. Two were injured by stabbing and seriously injured. MDA teams and Ichud Hatzala drives provided primary health care to the injured and they were evacuated to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center and Hadassah.
The terrorists were shot by border police at the scene. The death of one of them was set after several minutes, and the other was taken in critical condition to the Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, where he died. Policewomen who shot hit another Jew who was on the scene. One policewoman serves as a medic, and gave lifesaving treatment to one of the wounded.
Nahum Bernstein, deputy head of the Jerusalem branch of Ichud Hatzala, who was on the scene said - "When I got to the scene I came across two injured, one of them in critical condition, together with other volunteers of the motorcycle unit we performed resuscitation.
"After initial medical treatment the casualties were evacuated to the hospital. This is a hard scene familiar to everyone where pedestrians are walking through to the Western Wall."
MDA drive and senior medic Nasser Zahiman who passed at the place said: "I was giving a driving lesson when suddenly I see the terrorists stabbing passersby, I stopped the vehicle and got out with the equipment, I saw two wounded lying suffering of penetrating injuries in their upper bodies, I began medical treatment and soon additional forces arrived at the place."
Aharon Adler MDA paramedic who was on the scene said - "we saw a man of about 45 lying unconscious, he suffered injuries penetrating his upper body, we put him immediately into the intensive care ambulance and evacuated him to hospital while giving life-saving medical treatment that included respirator, medication , stopping the bleeding and fluids while he was in critical condition."
