Tel Aviv Prosecutor's Office filed Today (Thursday) an indictment at the city's juvenile court against a minor aged 15, a resident of Bnei Brak, in respect of threats of racist motives, holding a knife and a breach of legal order.

According to the indictment, on Sunday nineteenth Cheshvan following a wave of terrorism that began in September 2015 against Jews, the young man decided along with two other youths aged 13 and 14 that they would go around in various construction sites in Bnei Brak and will demand of contractors at construction sites to stop employing workers of Arab origin due to their being Arabs and due to the wave of terrorism.

At around 12:00 the three went out, when the defendant was carrying a saw and the 14 year old holding a crowbar. The three arrived at a construction site in Bnei Brak, went up to workers and asked them where the contractor is. The complainant asked them who they were and what they need. In response the three cursed the workers and threatened them, saying, among other things, 'Get out of here', "we will kill you", "death to terrorists". The three said so while the 14-year old was holding a crowbar and banging it against the wall to scare the workers.

The complainant told the accused that he would call the police. The three then continued to another construction site in the area and asked the contractor not to hire Arab workers. Further they continued to another construction site, came up to workers while the 14 was holding the crowbar, and yelled "Death to Arabs" "Mohammed is dead ","Muhammad is a pig" and said to the contractor, "you are employing Arabs, you're a traitor."

That same night, the accused stayed with the two other minors in an abandoned building in Bnei Brak and held a knife on his body, a crowbar and two axes. The defendant is also accused that after having being released from house arrest under full supervision and allowed to travel to an event, he did not return to house arrest and was found by police on 9.12.15.
The prosecution seeks to detain the defendant until the legal proceedings. The defendant was arrested today until further decision.
